Captain Steve's journey began on the water, where he developed a deep appreciation for the ocean and everything nautical. With a passion for boating that started in childhood, he earned his USCG Masters License in 2010. Since then he has dedicated his life to staying connected to the water and sharing his love for the sea with others. Whether navigating calm seas or adventurous waters, Captain Steve embodies a lifelong commitment to maritime life.
Maritime Experience
Operating and Managing private motor yachts ranging from 35' - 75' throughout the waters of New England, US East Coast and the ICW. Providing full suite of management services, delivery service and owner operational/navigational training.
2022 - 2025
Customer Service Rep with MacDougalls' Cape Cod Marine Service in Falmouth, MA. Invaluable experience gained while working with one of Cape Cod's most reputable boat yards. The customer's point of contact to handle their vessel's needs and manage the repair or maintenance project to completion.
2012 - 2022
Captain - operating various megayacht programs ranging in size from 80' to 115'. Extensive travel lasting 7 - 10 months abroad annually. Yacht operations include route planning & navigation, vessel maintenance, crew training, vessel safety, provisioning, hospitality and refit project management.
Captain/Operations Manager - Commercial passenger ferry experience in Boston and Florida. Performing Captain duties as well as the Operations Manager. Implement new crew training program, vessel maintenance & inspections, and scheduling.
